Charlotte is an olympic athlete who competed at the RIO 2016 Olympics as well as numerous World and European Championships. Charlotte is still training and competing full time, but is using her skills she has gained from being in elite sport to help other athletes who are transitioning from sport into the commercial world. She is the "go to" person for any athlete coming to the end of their careers or are looking to transition into the commercial world. Charlotte has a great network of athletes and businesses which she has grown over the years of competing and also works daily to increase that athlete network.

After spending a few years sharping his sales tools in Sydney, Matt joined the wonderful world of recruitment and for the last two years has worked relentlessly to find the right people, for the right job at the right time. He has worked with some of the largest blue chip companies worldwide and strives to be the best in anything he does. Outside of work Matt enjoys fixing divots on the golf course.

Hannah is an Ex Professional Rugby Player who represented Saracens and England. After a Career ending injury, Hannah has been using her skills learnt from transitioning out of elite sport into helping other athletes do the same. She has built up an exceptional support base for the athletes and is working daily with some of the leaders in industry across sectors, as they broaden their horizon for acquiring talent. With a track record of placing athletes into high class roles and watching them and indeed the companies they’re placed into flourish. Hannah is also a qualified Careers Advisor to help guide athletes into their perfect role.
